About MJL

Before starting my own business-MJL- my background was in Business and Marketing having worked for over 15+ years with multinationals in Ireland and abroad such as Unilever, Nestle and Inbev. During this time I had the advantage to develop a strong set of transferable skills that I brought with me to MJL.

As a Professional Life & Executive Coach (MLBCAI) I am educated to Diploma level and have trained with Ireland's leading Coaches-PSG, using Emotional Intelligence and NLP Core coaching skills and ethic for Individual and Group Coaching. I am accredited with LBCAI-Life Business Coaching Association of Ireland. 

As a Licensed Practitioner of NLP I trained with the co-creator of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler. I have learnt to use the principles and techniques of NLP to enhance personal effectiveness, change unwanted behaviours, remove unnecessary fears and phobias and create a better working and more satisfying emotional relationships both for myself and my clients.

As a Professional Trainer I am a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development and hold an IITD Certificate in T&D( Distinction). I have succesfully trained groups in the areas of Communication, Confidence, Assertiveness, Time Management, Personal Impact and much more.

As a Professional Image Consultant  I have a great understanding and passion for  Image, Colour and Style. having trained with creative artists and designers throughout my marketing career and then through Dublin Institute of Design and IICI Master Classes. I am an active member of the Irish Image Consultants Institute. My view is that when you have the knowledge, then style can be achieved easily and efforlesstly following your own unique personality and in tune with your lifestyle. 

MJL is in alignment with my personal values -commitment,challenge, achievement,creativity and self expression. All these values are present in my business. My style is down to earth, practical and with a hands-on approach.
